Ground Bolt (Prestressed Bolt) :
Thread Rebar Bolt is composed of screw thread steel bar , high strength plate ,casting damping nut ,yield tube, washer , and other accessories . According to the structure of steel bar ,the bolt has two stypes : Rib Rebar Bolt and Non-Rib Rebar Bolt .
The bolt is usually used in thick coal seam ,that has high stress, large deformation, difficult to support and other poor environment .

Installation Procedures:
1.Drill a hole with punch according to the diameter of rock bolt .
2.The diameter of hole is 6-12mm bigger than the rock bolts�.
3.Before inserting the rock bolt ,the hole should be blown and cleaned by compressed air .
4.Insert the appropriate resin cartridge ,pushing the cartidge by hand or machine with rock bolt ,ensure reach to the top of borehole ,then break the cartidge .
5.Rotate and pushing the rock bolt ,one the plate reach the roof ,spin bolt and ensure that mixing the resin completely ,The time of mixing should be strictly controlled according to the requirement of resin cartidge .Screw the nut tightly when time is up.
